We’re sorry it didn’t work out. You have options!
Please request to return via email returns@flowerlandshop.com and let us know which item you are returning. Requests are accepted for up to 7 days from delivery date. Please include your order number in the email, and we will respond with the following steps from there. Upon receiving your item we will issue a refund.
Items must be in new condition with original packaging and tags. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend that you insure your package. Please include the packing slip in your return package that came with the original packaging.
Please note: Refunds do NOT include original shipping costs.
To return in person, simply go through the above steps first and swing by our brick and mortar with your package and order number.
